Robin Hayhurst
With over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry, Robin has walked the path from contractor to successful developer. His journey began in the late 90s, learning valuable lessons about site evaluation, building relationships with estate agents, and creating win-win scenarios with landowners. Robin's practical experience and passion for mentoring make him an invaluable guide for contractors looking to expand into development. Dave Symondson CEMAP MCIOB
Dave brings 37 years of property funding expertise to the table. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Building, he understands both the contractor's and funder's perspectives. Dave specialises in development funding, knowing what works and what's achievable. His extensive relationships with funders enable him to secure financing where others might fail.
